...to Warrington's first Neighbourhood Hub - opening up a world of opportunities for a healthy and active lifestyle.

The Hub represents a modern initiative for service delivery in Warrington, responding to the need to make services easily accessible, flexible, and through the co-location of services, available to a wider range of our community.

The Woolston Neighbourhood Hub brings together a diverse range of local services including;

Leisure - Wet and dry facilities and superb fitness suite to promote a healthy lifestyle.
Library Services - With express drop off facilities for extended opening times.
G. P. Surgery - Modern facilities due to open to the public early in 2012.
Children's Centre - Providing a mixture of fun sessions for children with healthcare support for child development.

The Hub has been delivered in three phases:

Phase one

Phase one began early in 2010 and included the relocation of Woolston Community Library, the Butterflies Children's Centre, a new reception area and a 360 square metre, state of the art fitness suite which includes inclusive fitness equipment.

Phase two

The development of phase two was completed at the end of 2010. Phase two includes the refurbishment of the dry side changing areas, the construction and installation of a new sauna / steam room, a multi purpose studio space and the development of a meeting and conference suite.

Phase three

The development of Phase 3 was complete in March 2011, and included the refurbishment of the swimming pool changing facilities, including a fully accessible disabled changing rooms and new lockers.
