Aromatherapy...

Aromatic herbs have been used since antiquity to cleanse and heal both mind and body.

Aromatherapy treatments are both effective and enjoyable.

Essential oils can help to improve health and well-being generally and have no side effects.

Treatments and prescribed to suit your individual needs and take into account the condition of the whole person.

Indian head massage...

The head, neck and shoulders are important energy centres within the body.

Tension can accumulate and show up as a stiff neck, shoulders, eyestrain and even hair loss.

Indian head massage helps to un-knot blockages and relieves the build-up of physical tension. It also works on an emotional level, calming the spirit, promoting relaxation and relieving stress.

Reiki...

Reiki is the laying of hands - a touch healing system of incomparible ease and power.

As a Reiki Master practitioner, I have been expertly trained in the "Usui" system.

This enables me to channel universal life energy to you for your body to use in "self-healing".

Sports massage...

Sports massage aims to relieve many of the common problems associated with tissue injuries.

Massage in combination with heat and ice treatments will be used to promote recovery.

A full consultation is necessary prior to treatment - in certain cases, GP referral may be required.

Reflexology...

Reflexology is the method for activating the healing powers of the body. It is both old and new.

Energy flows in zones throughout the body, which runs from head to toe. The feet are the perfect mini-map of the whole body.

Treatment involves activating these zones through gentle soothing massage of the feet. It is a profoundly relaxing yet energising therapy, cleansing the body of toxins, improving circulation, balancing and revitalising the whole system.
