This is Warrington Borough Council’s Privacy Statement regarding the use of its main web site www.warrington.gov.uk. This statement applies to its support services within the Council, including www.leisurewarrington.co.uk. If we change our privacy policy, we will post the changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we disclose it.

By using this Server you consent to the collection and use of information by Leisure Warrington. Warrington Borough Council does not sell, trade or rent personal information to others although we may choose to do so in the future with trustworthy third parties.

We do not currently use cookies on the main site www.leisurewarrington.co.uk to collect user information and do not collect any information about you except that required for the system administration of our Web Server. However externally developed servers owned by Warrington Borough Council and externally developed servers not owned by Warrington Borough Council to which users of our Server may be directed (by way of hyperlink or otherwise) may use cookies.

We may record your email address and other information if volunteered to us by you. These details will be treated as proprietary and confidential and will only be used for internal review or to notify you about changes to our web site.
