Reach for Health 

Reach for health is an exercise on referral programme. It is designed to:
  • Increase physical activity levels in high risk populations
  • Reduce obesity and other risk factors through the provision of structured exercise opportunities for high risk populations
  • Contribute to a reduction in hospital admissions for chronic long term conditions.

 Stay on your Feet

Stay on your feet is designed an exercise programme suitable for those ages 65+. It aims to:

  • To improve the balance, muscle strength and flexibility of older people in Warrington
  • To improve the sustained engagement of older people in exercise
  • To reduce the risk of falling during and post participation in the programme.
