Aquatics Warrington Swim Lessons
Swimming lessons are available at the following leisure centres:
ASA National Plan for Teaching Swimming (NPTS)The NPTS provides a national syllabus for aquatic achievement & development. The NPTS framework offers aquatic instruction in a FUN environment to aid progression, understanding and awareness. You will notice the use of structured play and activities with an emphasis on fun and games within your child’s swimming lesson. The use of games and fun activities is proven to be the most effective way for children to learn and all activities have a purpose behind them.
Child Learn to Swim lessonsCourses run continuously throughout the year. A child will move on to the next stage as he/she achieves all the outcomes required to pass each stage. ASA badges and certificates are awarded, at an additional cost when a child achieves the skills required on each stage. Your child’s ‘journey through aquatics’ is enhanced via the achievement of smaller progressive stepping stones along the way with more opportunities as your child develops their skills in order to take part in a wider range of activities and other water based sports.
