Monday - Thursday:  8.00am - 9.00pm
Friday:                     8.00am - 1.00pm
Saturday & Sunday: 10.00am - 2.00pm

Junior Weights:

Tuesday:                4.00pm - 5.00pm
Saturday & Sunday:  12.30pm - 2.00pm
