Glamourous road safety!

If you think girly glamour and car maintenance can’t go hand-in-hand, think again!

Would you know what to do if you had a puncture? Do you know how to check the oil level? If the answer is no then head to the Fir Grove Hotel in Grappenhall on March 25 for ‘Heelz on Wheelz’.

Casualty statistics show that female drivers living in Warrington, particularly the WA4 area, have a higher risk of being involved in a collision.

That’s why the Warrington Road Safety Team, supported by Cheshire Safer Roads Partnership, are hosting this unique ladies night where you will learn how to change a tyre, how to check your water, when to change your oil, as well as keeping yourself safe when driving alone.

Alongside the car safety demonstrations there will be hair and beauty demonstrations by Johnson’s salon and Debenhams, and a fashion show by Ibizaar and Pretty Flamingo boutiques.

There will be free prize draws throughout the night, and an invite to have your car checked and washed for free by the local firemen!

The event starts at 7pm and the first 100 through the doors will receive a ‘Heelz on Wheelz’ goody bag.
